4. Prices and Taxes

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.

Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on how they are displayed during checkout. Any applicable taxes, shipping charges, Cash on Delivery charges, or additional fees will be shown before order confirmation.

Placing an order does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted.

Payments may be processed by Shopify or authorised third-party payment gateways. Legacy Muse does not generally store complete debit-card, credit-card, UPI PIN, CVV, or internet-banking credentials.

You agree to provide valid payment information and confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

We are not responsible for payment failures, delays, or unauthorised transactions caused by banks, payment gateways, network providers, or other third-party services.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Estimated delivery timelines are approximate and may be affected by:

  • Customer location
  • Courier availability
  • Public holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • Operational delays
  • Government restrictions
  • Incorrect address or contact details
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

You are responsible for providing a complete address, correct postal code, active mobile number, and any delivery instructions required.

Legacy Muse will not be responsible for failed or delayed delivery resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer after successful delivery, subject to applicable consumer law.

8. Order Cancellation

An order-cancellation request should be submitted as soon as possible.

Orders that have already been packed, processed, or handed over to the courier may not be eligible for cancellation.

Legacy Muse reserves the right to approve or reject a cancellation request depending on the order status. Any applicable cancellation terms or deductions will be communicated to the customer.

9. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to the Return and Refund Policy displayed on our website or otherwise communicated at the time of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, innerwear or intimate products that have been worn, washed, damaged, stained, altered, or removed from their original hygienic packaging may not be eligible for return or exchange, except where the customer has received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product and applicable law requires a remedy.

To request assistance, customers may be required to provide:

  • Order number
  • Product photographs
  • Packaging photographs
  • Unboxing video
  • Description of the issue
  • Other reasonable supporting information

Products should not be returned without receiving confirmation or return instructions from Legacy Muse.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method. Bank or payment-gateway processing times may apply.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

10. Promotional Offers

Discounts, coupon codes, free-shipping offers, and promotional campaigns may be subject to separate conditions.
